On the afternoon of October 14, in Cam Binh commune (Ha Tinh), Que Lam Group Joint Stock Company held a conference to review organic agricultural production and circular economy in the first 9 months of 2025 and deploy tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025. Attending were leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment and leaders of localities in Ha Tinh.

After operating the two-level local government, Que Lam Group signed a memorandum of cooperation on organic agricultural production and value chain circulation in Que Lam with 62/69 communes and wards.
Up to now, the group has developed a biosafety organic agricultural value chain with hundreds of participating households with a total herd of 250 sows, a total herd of over 2,500 pigs regularly raised in barns and thousands of livestock and poultry of all kinds. In addition, the organic farming area has expanded with more than 400 hectares of DT39 rice and many types of crops such as watermelon, Phuc Trach grapefruit, dragon fruit, purple star apple, soybeans and peanuts.

Que Lam Group has built and effectively transferred the operation of a facility to collect and process organic waste into fertilizer in Cam Binh commune.
Along with that, supporting localities with tons of probiotics to treat straw before planting the summer-autumn crop, initially received positive responses from localities.

Despite facing harsh weather and complex epidemics, livestock and crop farming models in the chain have maintained safety and developed well.
The organic agricultural production models associated with the Que Lam Group are proving to be effective, not only economically but also environmentally and socially. The organic agricultural product consumption store system is increasingly known and trusted by many people.

In the last months of 2025, the company will continue to expand and develop organic production models and circular economy in Ha Tinh. In particular, the area of rice transferred to Que Lam for production according to safe organic processes will be increased to 500 hectares. The total number of sows will be increased to 340 to 350. Coordinate with communes and wards to build and transfer organic waste collection and treatment facilities at traditional markets to minimize environmental pollution and turn waste into organic fertilizer on the spot.
Along with that, strengthen coordination with localities, check compliance with biosafety organic pig farming processes, maintain biological bedding; grow and care for fruit trees after harvest and prepare for winter-spring rice production as planned.

At the conference, localities, businesses, cooperatives, and farmers participated in discussions and contributed many ideas to build and develop organic and circular agricultural economy, Que Lam value chain suitable for Ha Tinh. Especially solutions to continue replicating models, while protecting the environment, improving soil, and increasing soil fertility with plant nutrients and Que Lam biological products.
