Accordingly, on October 2, the Youth Blood Bank Club of Son La Provincial Police received information from the Provincial General Hospital about the case of patient Cam Nghiep, 80 years old, residing in To Hieu ward, who was admitted to the hospital with a cough with a lot of yellow phlegm, chest pain, shortness of breath, headache, dizziness, blurred vision, and fatigue. The patient had a history of pneumonia and stomach cancer. During the monitoring process, doctors diagnosed the patient with severe anemia due to bone marrow failure and needed an urgent blood transfusion.

After receiving the information, 3 officers of the Political Affairs Department including Captain Hoang Trung Hieu, Captain Dinh Van Tung and Lieutenant Quang Duc Thinh were present to donate 3 units of blood, helping the patient overcome the critical condition.
