Roger Lukaku was born in 1967 in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He was a professional footballer. Roger moved to Belgium and signed with Rupel Boom, then played for many clubs such as KV Oostende, Seraing, Germinal Ekeren and KV Mechelen.
