Carefully prepare and be ready to organize the Government Party Congress

The 1st Government Party Congress, term 2025-2030, took place from October 12-13, at the My Dinh National Convention Center ( Hanoi ).

This is the first congress of the Government Party Committee under the new organizational model, taking place in the context that the entire Party, people and army are striving and determined to successfully complete the socio-economic development goals for 2025 and the 5-year period of 2021-2025; competing to achieve achievements to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Logistics, reception, security and safety work for the Congress have been and are being prepared carefully, thoroughly, safely and in accordance with regulations, ensuring the successful organization of the Congress.

Within the framework of the Congress, there are photo exhibitions on achievements and results of the 2021-2025 term of affiliated party committees; exhibitions of achievements in science , technology, innovation and digital transformation; exhibitions of achievements in economic, cultural and social development.

On the morning of October 11, inspecting the preparations for the Exhibition to welcome the Congress, emphasizing the large volume of work, high requirements, and short implementation time, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh requested units to mobilize maximum forces and urgently complete the construction items in the afternoon of October 11, ensuring technical, aesthetic, and safety standards.

For the exhibition area of achievements in economic, cultural and social development, the Deputy Prime Minister suggested introducing outstanding results achieved in the past term in various sectors and fields, with highlights to attract viewers.

Stating that achievements in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation are very important, demonstrating Vietnamese intelligence, the Deputy Prime Minister said that the Exhibition area in this field needs to arrange specific, logical, attractive and highly interactive products and models.

The photo exhibition, organized by VNA, introduces more than 500 typical photos, selected from tens of thousands of photos in VNA's photo archive and photos of 51 Party Committees under the Government Party Committee, along with 4 graphics, comprehensively reflecting the country's achievements under the leadership of the Party and the direct management of the Government during the 2021-2026 term, headed by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, along with some typical images of the activities of Party and State leaders during the 13th National Party Congress term.

Typical among the works are the imprints of the Government's leadership, direction and administration starting from the beginning of the term with the image of the whole country joining hands to prevent, fight and overcome the COVID-19 pandemic, gradually recovering and developing the economy; the imprint of administrative procedure reform to achieve achievements in economic, cultural and social development with images of Vietnam's increasingly deep international integration.

Images of economic growth, goods export, foreign investment attraction, highway projects, bridge construction, airports, ports, economic zones, industrial parks..., digital transformation, environmental protection, climate change response and recovery, natural disaster response and recovery, achievements in health care and public health care, education and training, sports, good implementation of emulation movements launched by the Government and the Prime Minister...

In the Economic, Cultural and Social Development Achievements Exhibition Area, the highlight is the display booth of 12 corporations and general companies with key and strong industries of Vietnam, many export products bring high economic value such as coffee of Vietnam Coffee Corporation, rice, processed products of Northern Food Corporation, fertilizers, inner tubes, tires, batteries, accumulators, detergents of Vietnam Chemical Industry Group... Along with that are the cultural and social achievements in the past 5 years.

The exhibition of achievements in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation introduces scientific and technological achievements such as the 500KV transformer of Dong Anh Electrical Equipment Corporation, widely used in transformer stations nationwide; the 5G telecommunications system of the Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel), showing that Vietnam is the 5th country in the world to master a complete 5G telecommunications network; the vaccine ecosystem, showing that Vietnam is one of the vaccine powerhouses, having produced 11/12 vaccines for the expanded immunization program, recognized by the World Health Organization, paving the way for export to the world...

In addition, there is also a poster on achievements in science and technology, innovation and digital transformation with Resolution 57-NQ/TW as the center, showing a breakthrough in institutions when in 2025 alone, 10 laws related to science and technology, innovation and digital transformation were submitted to the National Assembly, of which 5 laws have been passed, and 5 laws are being prepared for submission at the upcoming 10th Session.

Outstanding achievements in the field of research are also displayed at this Exhibition such as the large Vietnamese language model of FPT Corporation, this is a technology owned and applied by Vietnamese people, has been commercialized; submarine models, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), robots researched and manufactured by Vietnam that can greet, shake hands and introduce in about 1.5 minutes about the 1st Government Party Congress.../.
