After a video of a woman jumping on a table to fight for an apartment voucher went viral on social media, the main character admitted the incident on her personal page. This person is Ms. LKMD - a real estate broker quite famous on social media.

On her personal page, wearing the same outfit as the clip, Ms. D. confirmed that she was the person appearing in the clip and called it an "occupational accident".

According to Ms. D.’s explanation, the above situation arises from the scarcity of apartment supply, while the demand for buying is high. Some agents have many customers but few units for sale or vice versa have many units but few customers. Because of this imbalance, sales staff fall into fierce competition to win units for their customers.

"In my mind, I just thought of supporting my colleagues who had not yet closed the deal. Whoever sold it would benefit the customer. I did not expect it to be filmed and spread like that," she said, adding that after the incident, her superiors asked her to explain.

Previously, on September 28, a video clip was circulated on social media recording a crowd fighting over a blue piece of paper, believed to be a priority ticket to buy an apartment, causing a stir in public opinion. In the clip, many people regret not winning the ticket, while a woman in a yellow shirt even pushed another person to keep it. The uncontrolled behavior, along with inappropriate words, sparked controversy.

Reporters from the Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper have verified that the incident took place at the exclusive subdivision announcement ceremony of a project in Binh Duong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The people fighting in the video were all brokers participating in the event, not outside customers.

According to the organizer, in addition to announcing more than 500 apartments to the market, the event also had a raffle with big prizes such as iPhone 17, iPad mini to attract customers to deposit. However, the situation of fighting for votes made the image of the ceremony become chaotic, leaving a bad impression on sales activities.
