(NLDO) – Not only did she surpass her famous seniors in the women's individual 55 kg category, H'Nở Kbuôr also won the title of most beautiful female bodybuilder in Vietnam.

Participating in the 2025 National Bodybuilding Championship with only two female athletes, both representatives of Bac Ninh Bodybuilding - a brand new name in the bodybuilding world - won individual gold medals in the women's bodybuilding weight categories of 52 kg and 55 kg.

More notably, both Tran Thi Thuy Duong and H'No Kbuor won the right to participate in the absolute championship and then shared the first and second all-around positions, becoming the two female athletes with the most beautiful physiques in the country.

All attention is focused on H'Nở Kbuôr, a girl from Dak Lak who grew up in the Binh Duong training center and became famous when wearing the new unit's uniform, the hometown of famous Quan họ folk songs.

At the age of 31, stepping onto the highest podium in the women's all-around event, H'Nở Kbuôr believes that her belief and efforts have not been in vain. Having become familiar with bodybuilding since 2020, in less than a year, the Ede ethnic girl with her natural physique and instincts won the silver medal in the women's all-around event at the 2021 National Championship.

A year later, H'Nở Kbuôr made great progress, winning two individual and mixed doubles championships at the 2022 National Sports Festival.

After two seasons of absence for personal reasons, H'Nở Kbuôr accepted to compete for Bắc Ninh at the 2025 National Championship and after only the first two days of competition, she became the most notable face when she won the gold medal in the 55 kg individual category, the silver medal in the 55 kg mixed doubles category and the women's all-around championship, a noble title that every female athlete desires.

When asked about her future plans, H'Nở Kbuôr said she was quite concerned about the competition regulations at the 2026 National Sports Festival, because she would likely have to return to compete for her original unit in Binh Duong, now part of Ho Chi Minh City after the merger. Fierce competition is inevitable, but H'Nở Kbuôr said she was not afraid.

"Entering bodybuilding means accepting confrontation and competition. I believe that with the experience I have accumulated over the past 5 years and my top competitive spirit, I will help me overcome difficulties to complete my goals," H'Nở Kbuôr confidently shared.

The 2025 National Bodybuilding Championship kicked off on October 9 at Rach Mieu Stadium (HCMC) with the participation of 150 athletes from 14 provinces and cities. After the first two days of competition, the host team of HCMC with an extremely strong and even force is temporarily leading the medal table with 7 gold medals, 5 silver medals, and 7 bronze medals.

The pair Tran Hoang Duy Thuan - Bui Thi Thoa (HCMC) won the gold medal in the mixed doubles bodybuilding event.

"Phenomenon" Bac Ninh ranked second with 3 gold medals, 2 silver medals, 1 bronze medal, surpassing the traditionally strong team Dong Nai in third place with 3 gold medals, 1 silver medal, 1 bronze medal.

The tournament will take place until October 12 with 16 remaining events, including men's bodybuilding, mixed and mixed fitness, and men's absolute bodybuilding championship.
