Specifically, in the first 9 months of 2025, the total commercial electricity output was 701.31 million kWh, an increase of 7.53% over the same period in 2024, reaching nearly 75% of the plan set at the beginning of the year; the total amount of electricity collected was 1,607.2 billion VND, reaching nearly 86% of the plan; the rate of customers paying electricity bills without cash reached 99.32%, an increase of 8.2% over the same period last year; the number of incidents on the power grid system was 230, a decrease of 14 cases compared to the same period in 2024...
