Dak Lak Rubber Company Limited: Exploited rubber latex output reached nearly 8,000 tons

On behalf of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dakruco), there were Mr. Nguyen Viet Tuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, along with the leadership, representatives of departments, divisions, and units of Dakruco, DRI Company.

Daklaoruco currently has a total area of over 9,276 hectares. Of which, the rubber exploitation area is over 8,200 hectares.

In the first 9 months of 2025, the company's production and business activities achieved many positive results. The output of exploited rubber latex reached 7,988 tons of dry latex, reaching 59.17% of the plan, an increase of 2,322 tons over the same period last year; total processed rubber latex products were more than 8,452 tons.

Total revenue was 384.03 billion kip, reaching 79.02% of the yearly plan. Of which, revenue from rubber products was 383.38 billion kip, reaching 79% of the yearly plan. Pre-tax profit reached 106.66 billion kip, reaching 114.4% of the yearly plan.

The company currently has 2,612 employees (including 201 Vietnamese and 2,411 Lao workers), with 221 indirect workers and 2,391 direct production workers. The average income of workers is 11.4 million kip/person/month. Of which, indirect workers earn 16.7 million kip/person/month and direct workers earn 6.1 million kip/person/month.

In 2025, the company established the Durian Farm; Internal Control Department, Product Protection and Mass Mobilization Department and General Service Department to meet the company's development requirements in the new period and initially brought about practical results.

The Company continues to maintain and be certified for management systems, including: FSC-FM Sustainable Rubber Forest Management System with an area of 6,841.75 hectares; FSC-CoC certification for the Rubber Processing Factory; maintaining the quality and environmental management system according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards; and at the same time, the Vietnam Rubber Association maintains the Vietnam Rubber Brand certification for 3 products.

At the conference, delegates exchanged, discussed and proposed production and business directions for the last 3 months of 2025 with a number of targets and tasks such as: Total rubber latex output reached 5,914 tons of dry latex; total revenue reached 4.37 million USD equivalent to about 94.12 billion kip; average income of workers reached 12 million kip/person/month; completed procedures, business plans and organized the construction of a gas station and a mini supermarket providing services at Farm 1; completed procedures to renovate and increase the capacity of the secondary latex processing line; renovated technology to reduce electricity consumption in the liquid latex and secondary latex processing lines at the Processing Factory...

On this occasion, Daklaoruco awarded 44 collectives and 2,553 individuals with outstanding achievements in the labor emulation movement in the first 9 months of 2025.
