As long as they meet the conditions in the rules, every singer has the opportunity to shine on the stage of the Capital.

Since the preliminary information was announced, the Organizing Committee has received attention from many candidates in the Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia regions. The number of international registrations will be fully announced after the end of the enrollment period (October 25, 2025).

This year, the competition format has been renewed. In addition to the competitions in 3 music styles: Chamber, Folk, and Light Music, contestants also have to overcome many creative challenges such as improvisational singing, remixing within a time limit, or performing with live instruments.

If they pass the preliminary round, international contestants will be invited to Hanoi to attend the semi-finals and finals, which will take place at an art space for students and young artists.

The Organizing Committee will award 1 Special prize worth 600 million VND (including cash and car), 3 First prizes (100 million VND/prize), 3 Second prizes (50 million VND/prize), 3 Third prizes (30 million VND/prize), and secondary prizes (10 million VND/prize).
