Da Nang invites businesses to invest in social housing projects with capital of more than 818 billion VND

The Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil, Industrial and Technical Infrastructure Works in Da Nang has just announced an invitation for interested investors to submit applications for the implementation of the Social Housing project at land lot No. 10 Trinh Cong Son.

The social housing project at land plot No. 10 Trinh Cong Son has an area of 5,662 m2, with 649 apartments; the expected population is about 1,560 people. The total preliminary cost of the project is 818.4 billion VND.

According to the People's Committee of Da Nang City, the current status of the land is managed by the state. Currently, on the land there are still some warehouses of Da Nang Water Supply Joint Stock Company that have not been relocated or handed over.

The surrounding technical infrastructure outside the land has been completely invested by the State; the land has been recovered by the City People's Committee according to Decision No. 2704/QD-UBND dated October 17, 2022 on land recovery of Da Nang Water Supply Joint Stock Company.

Da Nang city has implemented many social housing projects.

The social housing project at land plot No. 10 Trinh Cong Son is invested to supplement the social housing fund to solve the housing purchase needs of beneficiaries of social housing policies according to the law.

In particular, priority is given to those who are renting houses in degraded apartment buildings and collective housing areas that are public property in the city center and must be relocated, cleared, or demolished according to the law.

According to the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil, Industrial and Technical Infrastructure Works in Da Nang, the deadline for receiving applications from interested businesses and investors is July 31, 2025.

Interested investors who need to register to implement a project must carry out procedures to be granted a digital certificate and submit a project registration application on the National Bidding Network System.

The social housing project at land plot No. 10 Trinh Cong Son was invested and built by Da Nang City to relocate households in the Thuan Phuoc and Lam Dac San Hoa Cuong apartment complexes that have been seriously degraded.
