The Congress of Delegates of the Veterans Association of the Provincial People's Committee's Agencies was successful.

- On the afternoon of October 15, the Veterans Association of the Provincial People's Committee's Agencies held the 8th Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030. Attending the congress were leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee and 40 delegates representing 138 members of the Veterans Association of the Provincial People's Committee's Agencies.

In the last term, promoting the tradition of "Loyalty - Solidarity - Exemplary - Innovation", all levels of the Association in the Bloc have fully completed 8/8 targets set out in the Resolution, of which 3 targets exceeded the plan. The Association has mobilized 100% of cadres and members to study and fully grasp the Party's resolutions, policies and laws of the State and the Resolutions of the Veterans Association at all levels; 100% of members are steadfast in politics and ideology. Patriotic emulation activities, mass mobilization and social security work have been actively deployed, notably the implementation of 2 projects "Mass mobilization skillfully following Uncle Ho", supporting 2 poor students to overcome difficulties, helping to build and repair houses and supporting seedlings and funding for members in difficulty with a total amount of hundreds of millions of VND.

Along with that, the Veterans Association of the Bloc has mobilized cadres and members to participate in supporting the programs "Eliminate temporary houses, dilapidated houses", "Saving money, joining hands for the poor", supporting natural disaster prevention, building roads to check border markers with a total budget of nearly 900 million VND. The work of building the Association's organization has been focused, up to now, the whole Bloc has 7 affiliated associations with 138 members; every year, 100% of the association's organizations and members complete their tasks well, of which over 20% complete excellently, 23 groups and 55 individuals are commended. Associations at all levels also actively coordinate with the Youth Union in traditional education work, organizing 19 thematic talks attracting more than 1,900 union members and youth to participate.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Veterans Association of the Provincial People's Committee's Agencies set the goal of continuing to promote the nature of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", building a comprehensively strong Association, actively participating in building and protecting the Party, the State, and the People. In particular, striving for 100% of members to be Party members and 95% or more to study and fully grasp the Party's directives and resolutions; 100% of cadres and members to complete their tasks well, 20% to complete them excellently; annually organizing at least 1 model of "Skillful mass mobilization following Uncle Ho's words"; 100% of association organizations and members to be inspected and supervised according to plan; 100% of association branches have online groups (Zalo, Facebook) to serve the Association's activities and propaganda. In particular, the entire Bloc aims that by 2027, 100% of the Association's activities will be operated on a digital platform, managed and operated through electronic software, applying information technology in association work and managing member records.

The Congress announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee, Head of Inspection Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Veterans Association of the Provincial People's Committee's agencies for the 2025-2030 term.

On this occasion, the Veterans Association of the Provincial People's Committee launched and supported people affected by storm No. 11.
