* Women's Union of Dong Thuy Anh commune

Women's Union of Dong Thuy Anh commune   currently has more than 6,000 members.   To date,   7/7 targets set by the Congress in the past term were achieved and exceeded. The Association regularly maintained activities to mobilize women to improve their knowledge, cultivate morality, and improve their health; helped 45 members escape poverty and near-poverty; 12 women are business owners, cooperative managers, cooperative groups, or business owners. The Association mobilized and supported 998 households to meet the criteria of "5 no, 3 clean" families, contributing to the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas; connected and provided sponsorship funds to 10 orphans in especially difficult circumstances with an amount of 357 million VND.

Term 2025 - 2030, Women's Union of Dong Thuy Anh commune   Strive to help 10 members escape poverty; improve knowledge and specialized skills for 20 women with business start-up projects; support 20 households to meet the criteria of "5 no, 3 clean" families; 100% of full-time association staff proficiently use application software in the association system.

* Women's Union of Binh Nguyen Commune

During the past term, the women's movement and activities of the Women's Union of Binh Nguyen commune continued to develop, achieving and exceeding the targets set by the Congress. The Union has effectively implemented emulation movements and criteria of the campaign "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean", "Family of 5 yes, 3 clean"; effectively implemented models of collecting and classifying waste at source; organized planting, caring for and maintaining nearly 1 km of flower roads. The Union also guaranteed credit with banks to support over 600 women members with preferential loans, contributing to promoting local economic development, reducing the poverty rate of the commune to less than 1%.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Binh Nguyen commune strives to annually support 10 households headed by women to escape near-poverty and have stable jobs; mobilize and support 20 more households to meet the criteria of "5 no, 3 clean" families; register to carry out 1 project or part of the work, contributing to building Binh Nguyen commune to be increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.

At the Congresses, the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, President and Vice President of the Commune Women's Union were announced.   Dong Thuy Anh, Binh Nguyen   term 2025 - 2030; appoint delegates to attend higher-level congresses.
