Dai Dong Commune Farmers' Association: Received nearly 60 billion VND in trust for members to borrow for economic development

On the morning of October 11, Dai Dong Commune Farmers' Association held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

During the past term, the Farmers' Association of Dai Dong commune has strengthened propaganda, developed members, expanded consulting activities, vocational training, and farmer support services; promoted the movement of farmers competing in good production and business, uniting to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty... Along with over 1 billion VND in association funds, over 200 million VND in farmer support funds, the Farmers' Association of the commune also received nearly 60 billion VND from the Social Policy Bank for over 1,000 members to borrow for production, family economic development, and job creation for farmer members.

In addition, the Association actively propagates and mobilizes members and farmers to contribute labor days, money, and land to upgrade and expand rural roads with a total length of over 10 km; coordinates in planting many rows of shade trees, flower roads, and installing lighting on roads about 3 km long.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Farmers' Association of Dai Dong commune continues to perform well the task of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of farmer members; strengthen the organization of consulting, support, service and vocational training activities for farmers. Build and develop collective economic models in agriculture and rural areas; connect farmers to access preferential capital and modern science and technology to apply effectively in production and business.

At the Congresses, decisions to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Commune Farmers' Association for the 2025-2030 term were announced; at the same time, decisions to appoint delegates to attend the higher-level congresses were announced.
