In the 2021 - 2025 term, the association work and women's movement of Brigade 971 have made a new and solid step of development, increasingly mature in all aspects. The women's association operates in accordance with its functions and tasks, and performs well the role of representing women. The association's activities always closely follow political tasks.

The Executive Committee of the Association and its branches are regularly strengthened and improved; the role and position of women are increasingly enhanced. Work for the advancement of women and gender equality is fully implemented, making an important contribution to building a strong and clean Party organization, a strong, comprehensive unit that is "exemplary and typical".
