Dak Lak applies AI technology to take roll call of delegates at the 1st Provincial Party Congress

DNVN - According to information from the Department of Science and Technology (KH&CN) of Dak Lak province, at the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, artificial intelligence (AI) technology will be applied in the roll call and management of the Congress process.

This is considered a highlight, demonstrating innovation and modernization in the organization of the 1st Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress.

Specifically, the roll call of delegates will be implemented by VNPT through the vnFace application using facial authentication technology. The supplier has arranged 4 tablets with pre-installed vnFace connected to 4 large TV screens to display images and information of delegates, and at the same time play welcome messages when delegates attend. This method not only shortens the roll call time but also increases the accuracy and modernity in the organization.

In parallel, each delegate is also equipped with the “Party Congress Solution” application, which supports many features such as managing delegate lists, searching for documents, sending comments, registering to speak, participating in group discussions and voting directly on the digital platform. This solution is expected to help the Congress management become more transparent, faster and more effective.

In addition to deploying supporting applications, the Department of Science and Technology of Dak Lak also requires telecommunications enterprises to implement many backup plans, ensuring smooth communication and maintaining stable operation of the network system throughout the Congress. At the same time, relevant units will coordinate to ensure network safety and security, prevent the risk of cyber attacks and secure all important data serving the event.
