Mr. Bui Sy Tuan acknowledged the efforts of An Cuu ward in implementing the 2-level local government model.

Attending the meeting were Ms. Hoang Thi Nhu Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of An Cuu Ward; leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors of Hue City and specialized departments and agencies of the ward.

At the meeting, Ms. Hoang Thi Nhu Thanh reported on the implementation of the 2-level local government model in the ward and pointed out the difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process. At the same time, she affirmed that the ward will continue to improve professional capacity, promote digital transformation, install camera systems throughout the area, and build self-management models to promote the effectiveness of the 2-level government model.

An Cuu Ward recommends that the Department of Home Affairs organize training courses and provide in-depth professional guidance for key staff, heads and deputy heads of specialized departments and offices to better meet job requirements.

The working delegation clearly explained the functions and tasks of the Public Service Center and the Public Administration Service Center; at the same time shared and resolved some of the ward's difficulties in the past time.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Bui Sy Tuan acknowledged the efforts of An Cuu ward in implementing the 2-level local government model. At the same time, he emphasized that the ward needs to promote more initiative and flexibility in implementation. The Ministry of Home Affairs will summarize the difficulties and recommendations to report to the Central Government, step by step to resolve them. The Ministry will also study and propose to build a salary table according to job positions, ensuring the principle of decentralization and delegation of power according to the law, contributing to improving the effectiveness of implementing the 2-level local government model.
