Digital transformation and artificial intelligence in ethnic and religious work

On September 30, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions held the opening ceremony of a training program on digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) in ethnic and religious affairs.

The training program was held for 4 days (September 30 - October 3) for officials, civil servants, public employees and workers at the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions , aiming to improve their skills in applying technology to daily work.

At the program, the trainees were introduced to two topics by Mr. Ngo Van Duc - Deputy Director of VTC Digital Education and Training Institute (VTC Education): Common foundation on digital transformation and AI; improving and building strategic vision.

With topic 1 (General foundation of digital transformation and AI), students were introduced to digital transformation as well as its importance in management, digital transformation in ethnic and religious affairs, AI - the core driving force of digital transformation in the new stage... At the same time, they practiced basic tasks, professional skills, building speeches, debates, answering the press, reporting...

For topic 2 (Improving and building strategic vision), delegates continued to listen to the analysis of successful AI application models at Government agencies, building an AI application roadmap (AI Roadmap) for the unit, determining goals and performance measurement indicators, building and training personal virtual assistants (strategic consulting, law, writing, data processing...), building an AI application action plan for the unit...
