The German side particularly emphasized the leading role and efforts of the Vietnamese side in realizing international agendas and goals such as climate goals and the global development agenda.
In addition to technical discussions on future priorities, the two sides also exchanged views on current political issues and international crises as well as the framework conditions for cooperation with Vietnam. The German delegation stressed the desire to promote and achieve success in the already implemented partnership for a just energy transition. It is important that the legal framework conditions related to the provision of financial support be improved.
