Perfect the functions, tasks, powers, and working relationships of agencies and units; the mechanism for coordinating command and management. At the conference, delegates discussed the implementation and concretization of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW in the practical conditions of the Command. In particular, the assessment of the Party Committees at all levels has led the synchronous implementation of measures to resolve the number of cadres, meeting the requirements and tasks according to the new organizational structure. The staff and employees are restructured according to the correct organizational structure, suitable for the training major, promoting the capacity and strengths of each cadre and employee during the working process.

Concluding the conference, Major General Nguyen Minh Thang emphasized: Party committees and commanders at all levels have focused on leading and directing the dissemination and correct and full understanding of the policies, guidelines and viewpoints of the Party, the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on streamlining the apparatus of the political system. Review and perfect the organization and staff of agencies and units in the Command and the entire army's cyberspace operations force, ensuring streamlining, compactness, effectiveness and efficiency.
