Attending the Conference were members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, members of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of Party cells and affiliated grassroots Party Committees.
Discussing and giving opinions on the Draft Report on the results of implementing tasks in the third quarter and key tasks in the fourth quarter of 2025, delegates unanimously assessed: In the past time, the Party Committee Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee have focused on leading and directing all aspects of work resolutely, synchronously and comprehensively.
Notably, immediately after its establishment, the organization was quickly stabilized and the assigned functions and tasks were implemented. It focused on leading and directing the preparation of all conditions and successfully organized the 1st Congress of Party Delegates of the Provincial Party Committees for the 2025-2030 term.
After the Congress, the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Party Delegates of Provincial Party Agencies was promptly issued.
The Party Committees of newly established branches and Party Committees stabilize their organizations, promptly develop working regulations according to new regulations of the Secretariat (13th tenure) and seriously implement them.
The Party Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee have led and directed grassroots Party committees to promptly inform and propagate the Party's resolutions, directives, conclusions, and State policies.
Party building work is focused on all aspects of politics , ideology, and ethics. Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and lifestyle, combined with setting an example, is carried out seriously. The work of educating political theory, Party history, and science and technology is focused on and implemented according to plan.
Carry out well the work of building grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members, monitor and grasp the situation related to internal political protection work in the Party Committee, conduct political standard assessment, examine and verify political issues for cadres and party members according to the management hierarchy.
In the inspection and supervision work, the Party Committee and the Party Committee Standing Committee have led and directed Party committees at all levels to thoroughly grasp and seriously and promptly implement documents of the Central Government, the province, and the Party Committee on inspection, supervision, and Party discipline work.
The work of preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity and mass mobilization work has received attention in leadership, direction, and implementation.
At the Conference, delegates made many key recommendations for the fourth quarter such as: Strengthening the development of party members; effectively implementing the Resolution of the Party Congress of Provincial Party Agencies; perfecting regulations on reviewing, evaluating and classifying party organizations and party members in 2025; promulgating unified regulations suitable to new practical conditions.
Some opinions also reflected the difficulties in moving Party cell meetings between the two areas of Phan Thiet and Gia Nghia, as well as determining the standards for the position of Commune-level Youth Union Secretary during the period of organizing Youth Union Congresses at all levels.

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Huynh Ngoc Anh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies, requested Party committees and organizations at all levels to overcome difficulties, review the work program, especially the professional work of agencies and units to successfully complete the targets and tasks of the fourth quarter and 2025.
At the same time, strengthen the grasp of the ideological situation of cadres and party members, promote the dissemination of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies and the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies emphasized the requirement to focus on Party building, developing Party members, performing well mass mobilization work and activities of mass organizations, and striving to comprehensively complete political tasks in 2025.
At the same time, the Party Committee Office was assigned to receive and supplement delegates' opinions to complete the draft report.
