During the 2025-2030 period, the Party Committees and authorities of Tuyen Quang province will develop 37 documents to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

On the afternoon of October 10, Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee held the 1st Provincial Party Executive Committee Conference, term 2025-2030.

At the Conference, delegates unanimously approved the Draft Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, to specify the goals, tasks, and key solutions, creating a breakthrough to bring the province to rapid and sustainable development in the new period.

During the 2025-2030 period, the Party Committees and authorities of Tuyen Quang province will develop 37 documents to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

The action program of the Party Executive Committee of Tuyen Quang province this term focuses on 8 main tasks: Maximizing potential and advantages, mobilizing all resources, promoting economic development. Improving the quality of cultural and social work; preserving and promoting cultural values ​​associated with promoting and developing tourism; building Tuyen Quang people to meet the requirements of comprehensive and sustainable development. Promoting the development and application of science and technology, promoting innovation and digital transformation.

Effectively manage and use resources, protect the environment, and proactively adapt to climate change. Ensure national defense and security; improve the effectiveness of foreign affairs activities. Build a strong, effective and efficient government; improve the quality of judicial work. Innovate the content and methods of operation of the Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations, and strengthen the strength of great solidarity among ethnic groups. Strengthen the building and rectification of a clean and strong Party, and improve the Party's leadership capacity.

Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh emphasized that the contents approved by the Conference are of great importance, serving as the basis for concretizing and organizing the implementation of the Congress resolution for the 2025-2030 term. Therefore, Party committees at all levels should promote the spirit of solidarity of the entire political system and the highest determination to complete the goals and targets set out in the resolution.

Regarding some key tasks in the coming time, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh requested Party committees at all levels to continue to thoroughly grasp, concretize, and seriously implement resolutions, directives, conclusions, and regulations of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the National Assembly, the Government, and instructions of central ministries and branches. At the same time, concretize the implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; strengthen coordination to organize the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, and achieve the highest level of the set targets.

Focus on proactively and effectively responding to natural disasters, improving the quality of health care and medical examination and treatment for the people, and focusing on job creation for workers. Tourism development must be associated with preserving cultural identity, exploiting it sustainably, and serving socio-economic development.

Mr. Hau A Lenh emphasized the need to strongly innovate the Party's leadership methods, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations, the quality of Party members, and reform administrative procedures in the Party. In particular, it is necessary to do well the work of cadres, clearly identifying this as the "key of the key" to perfect the apparatus, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new revolutionary period. Continue to lead and direct the implementation of all aspects of work to firmly protect national sovereignty and borders, ensure national defense, security, social order and safety; do a good job of caring for people's lives...

At the Conference, the Organizing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee announced the Decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on personnel work. Accordingly, Mr. Tran Quang Minh, member of the Standing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, was assigned to work at the Organizing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee and appointed for a term (5 years) to hold the position of Head of the Committee.

Assign and transfer Ms. Dao Thi Mai, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, to resign from the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Board and appoint her for a term (05 years) to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Board./.
