The Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee commended 40 collectives and 55 individuals for their exemplary performance in mass mobilization.

On the morning of October 23, the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee held a ceremony to honor typical "Skillful Mass Mobilization" models in 2025, on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the Party's Traditional Day of Mass Mobilization (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2025).

Attending the ceremony to honor typical "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in 2025 were Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc - Party Secretary, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha - Standing Deputy Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Deputy Secretaries of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Party Committee and leaders of agencies and units.

This year, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Party Committee has selected 40 typical collectives and 55 individuals out of 133 collectives and 208 individuals proposed for commendation at the city level. The remaining collectives and individuals will be commended by grassroots Party committees at their units.

Speaking at the commendation ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Nam - Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Party Committee - said that from July 1, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Party Committee was officially established on the basis of arranging and merging three localities.

Promoting the tradition and achievements of the predecessor Party Committees, in a short time, the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has stabilized its organization, united, deployed many skillful mass mobilization models, mass mobilization in the government, promoted administrative reform, and cared for social security.

The mass mobilization movement has been widely deployed, associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle and key programs of the city.

Many creative and effective models have emerged from the cadres, civil servants and public employees - those who directly advise, serve and support the people and businesses. These results have strengthened the close relationship between the Party, the government and the people, increasing confidence in the leadership of the Party and the effectiveness of the Ho Chi Minh City government.

According to Mr. Nam, the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, was a great success, opening a new development path. In this journey, mass mobilization work has a special significance in bringing all new policies and guidelines into life, becoming practical strength.

Each model, each example of skillful mass mobilization from administrative procedure improvement, digital solutions, to social security care initiatives - are all bricks building the foundation for a civilized, modern, humane and affectionate megacity.
