As an electricity and water business household in Yen Bai ward, Mr. Vu Ngoc Long used to have to go directly to the tax office to declare and pay taxes, which took a lot of time to travel. Thanks to the guidance of Tax officers at Branch 6 on how to use the Etax Mobile electronic tax payment application, all procedures have now become simple and quick.
Mr. Long excitedly said: "The tax officers advised us to pay taxes via the Etax Mobile application, which is very convenient, quick and saves a lot of time."

For Ms. Nguyen Hai Yen, owner of Khang Luan electronics store in Yen Bai ward, applying electronic invoices generated directly from the cash register has helped the store's business operations become significantly more convenient and effective.
“Issuing electronic invoices on the software is very quick and convenient. Declarations can also be submitted right at home via the software, saving time and money” - Ms. Yen happily said.
To promote digital transformation, tax groups under the 6th Tax Department have coordinated with the People's Committees of communes, wards and relevant agencies to strengthen propaganda and support taxpayers to install Etax Mobile and deploy electronic invoices from cash registers. Thanks to that, the rate of business households paying taxes electronically is increasing.

Mr. Tran Ngoc Long, Head of Individual Business Management Team No. 2, Tax Department 6 said: "We have deployed tax payment via the Etax Mobile application to 100% of business households in the area. Up to now, over 90% of households have paid taxes via the application. For households paying taxes by declaration method, up to now, 100% of households have paid taxes electronically."
Currently, Tax Department 6 is managing 7,815 business households in 4 wards and 5 communes. Of these, 3,727 households have installed and used the eTax Mobile electronic tax payment application, 464 households have issued electronic invoices directly from cash registers. These figures show a clear change in people's tax payment habits, contributing to increasing transparency in business activities and improving the efficiency of tax management.
Mr. Hoang Dinh Luc, Deputy Head of Tax Department 6, said: “We will strengthen the construction of databases for business establishments, business households and enterprises; regularly guide and support taxpayers through tax applications. Currently, the Tax sector has deployed tax payment through electronic tax declarations and the sector's Public Service Portal. Through these systems, taxpayers can evaluate the quality of service of tax authorities. On that basis, we will continue to guide, support and create the most favorable conditions for taxpayers in the process of performing their obligations and business activities."
It can be seen that promoting the application of digital transformation in tax management not only reforms administrative procedures and limits revenue loss but also increases the satisfaction and consensus of people and businesses. This is an important foundation for building a fair, transparent and modern business environment.
