According to Fast Technology , the iPhone e series focusing on the low-cost segment will be upgraded in the first half of 2026. According to this source, the iPhone 17e model will have an important change in design, switching from a rabbit ear screen to Dynamic Island.

Specifically, this low-cost version will have a 6.1-inch Dynamic Island screen similar to the iPhone 16, slightly smaller than the 6.3-inch screen of the iPhone 17 and support a 60 Hz refresh rate.

If this information is correct, the iPhone 17e will become the first model in the low-cost line to own Dynamic Island and a new design, helping Apple expand the options for the mainstream customer group. Meanwhile, the company still maintains a clear hierarchy with the high-end Pro versions.
