As an annual event, the 2025 forum with the theme "Women Entrepreneurs Reaching Out in the New Era" affirms the aspiration for innovation, creativity and breakthroughs of Vietnamese female entrepreneurs in the period when the country enters a new development period when science, technology, innovation, creativity and international integration become key driving forces for sustainable development. The event demonstrates the close cooperation between Vietnam and international partners in sustainable development, inclusion and promotion of women-owned enterprises. At the forum, female entrepreneurs, policy-making agencies, and business support organizations discussed key issues: Government policies to support enterprises in developing science, technology, innovation, creativity and digital transformation according to Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW; initiatives and solutions to accompany women-owned enterprises, especially in the digital transformation journey, improving competitiveness and adaptability; The development strategy of female-owned enterprises is linked to global trends in science, technology, innovation, creativity and sustainable development; the role of female business leaders in the new context, not only as administrators but also as creators and leaders of change; Vietnamese female entrepreneurs are an important force in economic development, innovation and international integration while still preserving and promoting Vietnamese corporate culture values; investing in women and women-owned enterprises is investing in sustainable development, replicating the inclusive business culture model.
In addition to the official meetings, the forum is also a place to connect, exchange ideas and explore cooperation opportunities and potentials between experts, businesses, policymakers, domestic and international organizations, creating a premise for developing future cooperative relationships.

Also at the event, 98 outstanding female entrepreneurs nationwide were honored to be awarded the title "Outstanding Vietnamese Female Entrepreneurs". - Golden Rose 2025”.
