During the past term, the cadres and members of the Commune Veterans Association have been exemplary in participating in the movement of war veterans helping each other develop the economy , reduce poverty, and enrich themselves legitimately; actively participating in the movement to build new rural areas, contributing more than 520 million VND, 300 working days, and donating 680 square meters of land to expand village roads and alleys.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Veterans Association strives to have 99% of its branches clean and strong every year; 100% of its cadres, members and families contribute to the successful implementation of local socio-economic development goals, and set an example in participating in the construction of advanced new rural areas.

* Hong Quang Commune Veterans Association

During the past term, the Association of War Veterans of Hong Quang commune actively participated in building and protecting the Party, the State, the People and the great national unity bloc; carried out emulation movements well, contributing to the successful implementation of local political tasks. Members participated in donating 1,040 ^m2 of residential land to expand village roads and alleys. The Association has provided credit institutions to lend 63 households a total capital of more than 4.6 billion VND for economic development. The branches have maintained good charity activities, built a fund with a total amount of over 1.8 billion VND to support members.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Hong Quang Commune Veterans Association strives to admit 100 - 120 members; 100% of association officials are trained and professionally developed; over 98% of members are exemplary and veterans' families achieve the title of cultural family...

*Dong Hung Commune Veterans Association

During the past term, the Association of War Veterans in Dong Hung commune has always been united, maintained and promoted the nature and tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", built a strong organization of the Association of War Veterans; actively participated in building the Party, government, developing the economy, culture, society, and building new rural areas in the locality. Families of war veterans have donated nearly 800 square ^meters of land, participated in nearly 680 working days of repairing, maintaining and upgrading nearly 4 kilometers of rural roads with a total value of 970 million VND; planted 187 new trees, and cared for 4 kilometers of flower roads and shade trees. The Association of War Veterans in the commune has mobilized to build and allocate the "Comradely affection" fund to support the cost of building and repairing 2 houses of gratitude, and given 5 savings books to members in especially difficult circumstances, with a total amount of 85 million VND. With the support of the Veterans Association and the efforts of the Veterans Association members themselves, up to now, the whole commune has no poor Veterans Association households, the number of well-off and rich Veterans Association households accounts for 71% of the total number of member households. The Commune Veterans Association also coordinated to organize 15 talks, educating the tradition of patriotism for over 4,000 students; propagandizing and mobilizing young people to comply with the Law on Military Service, giving hundreds of gifts to young people leaving for military service.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Veterans Association focuses on implementing 2 breakthroughs, 5 tasks and solutions; striving for 97% or more of its members to study, propagate and thoroughly grasp the Party's directives and resolutions; the rate of members participating in activities reaches 80% or more; every year, over 95% of the branches complete their tasks well, of which 15% - 20% of the branches complete their tasks excellently...

At the Congresses, the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the War Veterans Association of the communes for the 2025-2030 term was announced; and the delegation to attend the congress at a higher level was appointed.
