During the period of 2021-2025, the cadres and women's union members of Chon Thanh ward have promoted good traditions, constantly made efforts, innovated, created and achieved many encouraging results in all fields. Every year, 100% of women's union members' families registered to meet the criteria of "5 no, 3 clean". The union has supported 27 women to start and start businesses with an amount of more than 1.28 billion VND; provided livelihoods to 12 women in difficult circumstances, with an amount of 39.5 million VND. Launched 16 booths connecting the consumption of price-stabilized products. Introduced jobs for 416 women and coordinated vocational training for 38 women. Implemented the "Godmother" program for 22 orphans and children in difficult circumstances. Built 03 "Shelters of Love" and repaired 01 house, worth more than 244 million VND. The Congress announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union on appointing the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Chon Thanh Ward, term 2025-2030, consisting of 43 members. In which, Ms. Tran Thi Trang Nhung was appointed to hold the position of President of the Women's Union of Chon Thanh Ward; Ms. Tran Thi Nhung was appointed to hold the position of Vice President of the Women's Union of Chon Thanh Ward. 03 official delegates and 01 alternate delegate were appointed to attend the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Women's Congress, term 2025-2030.
