Provincial National Assembly delegation works with Lao Cai Electricity Company

On the afternoon of October 9, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation had a working session with Lao Cai Electricity Company to evaluate the results of production, business and electricity supply in the past 9 months and the situation of handling voters' opinions and recommendations after the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly.

Comrade Sung A Lenh - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation in charge of the National Assembly Delegation of Lao Cai province chaired the meeting. Attending were leaders of relevant departments, branches and National Assembly deputies of the province.

According to a report by Lao Cai Electricity Company, by September 2025, electricity supply will be maintained stably, ensuring good service for the province's political events and the production and daily needs of the people.

In the first 9 months, the total commercial electricity output reached over 3.3 billion kWh, an increase of 8.12% compared to the same period in 2024. The rate of households using the national grid reached over 98%... During the year, 62 projects with a total investment of over 767 billion VND have been implemented, contributing to improving the quality of electricity supply in the area. In particular, the work of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters has been implemented quickly and effectively by the unit.
