A representative of Tuy Phuoc commune said: Immediately after the two-level local government came into operation, the locality identified administrative reform as a key task, focusing on institutional reform, organizational structure and administrative procedures. From July 1 to October 13, the Commune Public Administration Service Center received more than 5,100 records, of which more than 4,960 records were processed and returned results on or before the deadline. The rate of digitizing records reached 100%, with nearly 93% of results being issued electronically.
Besides the achieved results, the administrative reform work of the commune still has some difficulties such as: the quality of records created on Idesk software is not high; lack of specialized civil servants in the fields of information technology, tourism ... affecting the work of consulting and developing medium and long-term plans.

To improve the quality of service to the people, in the coming time, the Commune People's Committee will deploy the model "Administrative service to the people" on 3 groups of administrative procedures including: birth registration, permanent residence registration, health insurance card issuance for children under 6 years old; death registration, permanent residence cancellation, funeral and death benefits settlement; marriage registration. At the same time, the commune also builds a model of "Administrative procedure support points" in residential areas, through the form of announcement and propaganda for people to easily access and implement.
At the meeting, Tuy Phuoc commune proposed that superiors consider adding staff to meet the large workload due to the large population, and at the same time have more appropriate regulations on arranging non-professional workers at the commune level.
