Working session scene
In the process of implementing socio-economic development tasks, Phu My Tay commune still faces many difficulties and obstacles. In the commune, the area of agricultural and forestry land accounts for a large proportion, while the suspension of receiving, appraising and approving livestock projects according to the province's policy makes it difficult for people to change production directions, especially pig farming. The locality has not yet established a Project Management Board due to lack of personnel arrangement, leading to slow progress in implementing works and projects, and limited public investment capital. In addition, the commune's land use revenue has not met the plan, affecting investment in technical infrastructure and socio-economic development.
To resolve the difficulties and obstacles, the People's Committee of Phu My Tay commune proposed that the province should soon consider allocating funding for the People's Committee to invest in and upgrade technical infrastructure in An Lac 2 residential area; at the same time, guide the mechanism for using revenue from land use rights auctions to create resources for the local budget. In addition, the People's Committee of the commune also proposed that the province support funding for the activities of the newly established Commune Management Board; guide the construction sector to complete the information system, data transmission to ensure safety for national defense and security management work...
An Luong commune leaders report on the commune's operations after the merger.

Budget revenue reached 9,304 billion VND, reaching 105% of the plan. The result of disbursement of commune budget capital up to now is 125.72 billion VND, reaching 117.42% of the plan.
Regarding the organizational structure after the merger, An Luong commune has deployed the arrangement and assignment of tasks to agencies and units to ensure proper functions and powers according to regulations. Cadres, civil servants and public employees basically meet the requirements of the tasks, contributing to maintaining political stability, order, social security and local socio-economic development.
However, the commune also faces many difficulties due to the limited number of staff assigned, while the workload is large, especially in the fields of land, culture-society, health and education. The thin human resources make the processing of records and administrative procedures slow; land management, issuance of land use right certificates, settlement of social insurance records and public services still face many difficulties. In addition, the implementation of professional tasks is affected by the lack of staff, and the progress of some tasks does not meet the requirements of state management at the local level.
The Commune People's Committee requested the Department of Home Affairs to consider supplementing the staffing to ensure that it meets the requirements of assigned tasks. At the same time, it requested the Provincial People's Committee, departments and branches to pay attention to allocating capital and guiding the implementation of investment programs and projects for the period 2021-2025, especially in the fields of education, infrastructure and social insurance. The locality also recommended that the province soon deploy investment in construction and upgrading of facilities of schools in the area; pay attention to supporting funding for veterinary work, disease prevention, etc.
