The Congress voted to pass the Draft Resolution of the 1st Quang Tri Provincial Party Congress with absolute consensus, demonstrating the will, aspirations, and high determination of the Party Committee, government, and people in the new term.

The Resolution of the 1st Quang Tri Provincial Party Congress sets out a group of key targets, including a growth rate of gross domestic product in the area of 9-10% per year. In the period of 2026 - 2030, budget revenue will reach 75-80 trillion VND; investment capital in the area will reach 500-520 trillion VND. The rate of communes recognized as meeting new rural standards will reach 60%; the poverty rate will decrease by 1% - 1.5% per year, along with 5 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs, and 4 groups of solutions to realize the goals for the period of 2025 - 2030.

In his closing speech at the Congress, Party Central Committee member and Quang Tri Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang emphasized that after two days of urgent and serious work, with a spirit of solidarity and high responsibility towards the Party Committee and the people, the 1st Congress of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, was successful, completing all the contents and programs set out. The Congress seriously accepted the opinions and directions of Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Party Committee Secretary of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien to supplement tasks and solutions, identifying these as important orientations for the province's development in the new period.

“The Congress has expressed a very strong political determination in the next 5 years: Building a clean and strong Party organization and political system; promoting the strength of great national unity and development aspirations; mobilizing and effectively using all resources; promoting innovation and digital transformation; striving to make Quang Tri a new growth pole in the Central region,” affirmed Quang Tri Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang.

Quang Tri Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang also requested that, immediately after the Congress, all Party organizations need to organize well the research, thoroughly grasp the Resolution and documents of the Congress, widely propagate the results of the Congress to all classes of people; promptly build and deploy programs and action plans, bring the Resolution of the Congress into life, and arouse a widespread patriotic emulation movement of the entire Party and people.

In particular, each cadre and party member in the entire Party Committee must promote a high sense of responsibility, practice moral qualities and lifestyle, concentrate on intelligence and leadership capacity, give practical direction, combine words with actions, strengthen solidarity, mobilize people to continue promoting the tradition of the heroic homeland of Quang Tri, uphold the will of self-reliance, dynamism, creativity, unity of effort and heart, strive to make Quang Tri a new growth pole in the Central region, contributing to the successful implementation of the goal of a rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization.
