According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong, due to the impact of storm No. 11 causing flooding in many northern provinces, the City People's Committee decided not to organize fireworks displays at the 725th anniversary of the death of National Hero Tran Hung Dao and the opening of the Con Son - Kiep Bac autumn festival in 2025.
In the spirit of mutual love, continuing the tradition of "helping each other", Hai Phong city has asked T&T Group Joint Stock Company to transfer the fireworks sponsorship fund to 1 billion VND to support people in flood-hit areas.
Also according to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong, from the 1st to the 22nd of the 8th lunar month, Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site welcomed 325,000 visitors, an increase of 214% over the same period in 2024 and an increase of 13% over 2023.

The 725th anniversary of the death of National Hero Tran Hung Dao and the opening of the Con Son - Kiep Bac autumn festival in 2025 were held on the largest scale ever, the festival space was expanded, the organization ensured to be both solemn, in accordance with traditional rituals, and modern, professional, and friendly to tourists.
The military parade on Luc Dau River is the central ritual of the festival, recreating the heroic image of the ancient military campaign under the righteous flag of Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan.
The ceremony not only commemorates the great contributions of the national hero, but also demonstrates the desire for peace, solidarity, and national strength that will last for centuries.
