The vast majority of cases of storing, transporting, and even storing firecrackers to produce homemade fireworks and guns are young men, with suspects being students at colleges and universities. And according to Colonel Dinh Kim Lap, these suspects are likely to say goodbye to their families, "I won't be home this spring" because Binh Thuan Police has directed local police and professional units to resolutely handle and not miss any cases of illegal trading, storing or transporting of firecrackers, and strictly patrol and control the roads and areas.

The illegal transportation, sale, storage or production of fireworks does not actually bring much profit. A detective told the writer that for a case of transporting a few kilos of fireworks, the suspects earn a profit of several hundred thousand dong, but when caught, the consequences are very heavy. According to Article 190 of the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017), the act of transporting, buying, selling, storing and producing fireworks can be prosecuted for criminal liability...

Many suspects arrested for illegal possession, sale, and transportation of firecrackers are quite young, even still students. Therefore, in the educational environment, it is necessary to propagate and warn students. Don't be foolish because of the greed for a few hundred thousand dong and get into the situation of "this spring I won't come home".
