Nearly 105 billion VND to support Thai Nguyen to overcome flood consequences

According to information from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen province, in response to the Call to support people affected by natural disasters in the area, by 4:00 p.m. on October 10, 2025, there were 217,732 donations to the Provincial Relief Fund, with a total amount of 104.7 billion VND.

Previously, on the afternoon of October 9, comrade Dinh Quang Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, received representatives of Hoa Sen Group, Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Le Bao Minh Company, Hoang Minh Thai Nguyen Construction and Trading Transport Joint Stock Company, and many philanthropists inside and outside the province, who came to support money and necessities to overcome the consequences of the storm.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Dinh Quang Tuyen expressed gratitude and welcomed the timely support of units, businesses and philanthropists.

According to preliminary statistics, the province's damage up to this point is very large, so the spirit of sharing, encouragement and support sources are extremely necessary. The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has directed the Red Cross to review and count the damaged areas, in order to support people quickly and promptly, helping people to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.
