Nearly 200 children participate in the final round of the festival "I love folk songs"

The Provincial Children's House organized the final round of the "I love folk songs" festival and summer activities for children in 2025, with nearly 200 students from preschools, kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools in the province participating.

Through the launch from the Kien Giang Children's House system (old), the organizing committee received 54 recorded folk songs including solo, duet, trio and group singing genres of preschool, kindergarten, primary and secondary school students and 91 paintings, musical instrument video clips, storytelling... This is a useful and practical educational playground to help children develop their abilities, talents, exchange and learn from each other's experiences.

At the final round of the festival “I love folk songs”, each contestant performed a folk song of the genre (with background music) at the Provincial Children’s House stage. As a result, the organizing committee awarded 16 A prizes, 17 B prizes and 16 C prizes to contestants who excelled in the content.
