The local military has mobilized more than 4,000 officers and soldiers to participate in storm prevention work, with equipment, supplies, vehicles and communications ready. In addition, more than 13,000 people in communes, wards and special zones have also been mobilized to support the locality.

The province has notified and guided fishing vessels to safe anchorage. Aquaculture facilities urgently reinforced cages and rafts, and evacuated people to shore before 12 noon today. Along with that, the evacuation of people in areas at risk of flooding, landslides, camps, temporary structures... is also being vigorously implemented, striving to be completed before 16:00 the same day.
