Gia Lai accompanies and removes difficulties for businesses

(gialai.gov.vn) - On the morning of October 10, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan had a dialogue with a number of enterprises in the province to listen and promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles of enterprises in project implementation and production and business activities, contributing to promoting the investment environment in the province. Also attending the dialogue were representatives of leaders of the departments and branches: Finance, Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Environment, Construction, Science and Technology, Provincial Inspectorate, Provincial Economic Zone Management Board.

At the dialogue session, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan listened to the proposals and recommendations of 07 enterprises: Truong Hai Binh Dinh Agriculture Company Limited, Asean Community Education and Culture Development Joint Stock Company, Saigon - Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, Biophap Company Limited, Quy Nhon Artificial Intelligence Company Limited (FPT Group), Rox Living Joint Stock Company (TNG) and Binh An Gia Lai Hospital Company Limited.

The main proposals and recommendations are related to: solutions for handling cases of land rent exemption for projects using land for production and business purposes in the education sector; documents, procedures, and conditions for approving agricultural land use plans to carry out procedures for transferring agricultural land use rights and expanding investment projects according to the provisions of law; conditions for foreign organizations and individuals to be allowed to own houses in commercial housing projects not located in areas requiring national defense and security; completing dossiers to participate in land use rights auctions according to regulations; completing legal procedures for state management of the Concentrated Information Technology Park; adjusting implementation progress to ensure project feasibility; compensation and site clearance;...

After listening to the opinions of relevant departments and branches, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan gave instructions on how to handle each case.

Chairman Pham Anh Tuan affirmed: Gia Lai province's consistent viewpoint is to create the most favorable conditions to promote investment, production and business activities of investors, with the motto "5 together": Listening together - Discussing together - Implementing together - Sharing results together - Solving difficulties together.

The province has a policy of constantly improving the investment and business environment; issuing attractive incentive mechanisms, building a synchronous and modern infrastructure system, developing high-quality human resources; and at the same time ensuring the strong, responsible and effective support of authorities at all levels throughout the process of supporting and accompanying businesses and investors.

Chairman Pham Anh Tuan assigned relevant agencies and units to continue reviewing and grasping the situation of operations, investment, production and business of enterprises in the province; proactively researching and advising the Provincial People's Committee to promptly resolve difficulties of enterprises on the basis of dialogue, transparency and compliance with the law. Along with that, enterprises need to speed up the progress of project implementation in accordance with commitments, in the spirit of "harmonious benefits, shared risks".
