The 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Committee took place in a joyful and exciting atmosphere. The Congress is expected to open a new phase in building the capital to become increasingly rich, civilized, prosperous and happy.

Attending the Congress, I hope that the City Party Executive Committee will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and unify the development of strategic programs and projects to successfully implement the resolutions set out by the Congress. Typically, the city's socio -economic development targets, focusing on major programs and projects of the city, overcoming current shortcomings and limitations, to ensure the connection of Hanoi with the northern provinces and neighboring provinces in socio-economic development.

I am also very interested in the content of Party building and a clean political system. The City Party Committee strives to admit an average of 11,000 Party members each year, which is a very impressive target, showing special attention to the Party's development work in the 2025-2030 term, contributing to building a clean, strong, and comprehensive Party and political system.

For the Party Committee of Dai Xuyen commune, in the period of 2025-2030, the first term of implementing the two-level local government model - the Party Committee of the commune has set out development orientations, 3 breakthroughs, key tasks and 9 tasks and solutions. In which, the commune focuses on breakthroughs in: Traffic infrastructure, connecting and building infrastructure framework; developing education and training; socio-economic development, especially improving the material and spiritual life of the people.

The success of the 18th Hanoi Party Congress, term 2025-2030, is the crystallization of the wisdom and will of the entire Party Committee and people of the Capital; affirming the concentrated and unified leadership of the City Party Executive Committee. At the same time, delegates attending the Congress promoted a high sense of responsibility, actively contributing to the Congress's agenda.

The success of the Congress creates new momentum and confidence for each cadre, party member and people to strive to promote the spirit of solidarity, courage and creativity to successfully achieve the development goals of the capital in the new term.

I and the delegates attending the Congress believe that the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term will continue to promote the spirit of breakthrough, innovation, creativity, democracy, discipline, solidarity, responsibility, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility for the common interest, saying goes with doing, serving the people.

From there, the leadership and direction of the City Party Committee and the political system will achieve even greater achievements for the happiness of the people; worthy of the stature and position of the Capital; confidently and firmly pioneering with the whole country into the new era.

To quickly put the Resolution of the Congress into practice, the Party Committee of Ngoc Ha Ward will concretize the tasks and solutions set out in the Resolution into 5 working programs for the entire term. At the same time, the Party Committee of the Ward will also focus on directing Party committees at all levels, authorities, departments, branches and affiliated organizations to develop programs and plans to effectively organize the implementation of the Resolution of the 18th Hanoi Party Congress, term 2025-2030 in general and the Resolution of the 1st Ngoc Ha Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030 in particular.

At this Congress, the three breakthroughs mentioned in the Congress Documents were discussed very thoroughly. I also highly appreciated the speeches, especially the very good and substantive discussions. The delegates who gave the discussions are people who do things, not just stop at theory but have practical experience. That is also the innovation in this Congress. Not only that, the art programs are also very good, very fresh, exciting but meaningful and profound.

Regarding personnel work, I see that the delegates have gone through many screenings and everyone has reached a high level of consensus and agreement. When discussing, there is a great deal of unity. My trust and expectation for the next Executive Committee is that there will be succession and development. Not only the young generation, but I also trust the experienced predecessors.

With the current two levels of management, the leadership team will also be closer to the people and understand them better. The most important thing, the ultimate goal and the highest goal that the leadership team must aim for is to serve the people. Every decision and every reform effort is for one sole purpose: Wishing the people to be prosperous and happy. This is the guiding principle, the ultimate measure of all success of this term.
