However, as a newly established institute, without a budget, there are many difficulties, so we will probably do things within our capacity first. First, we will aim at what current life is directly posing for the immediate and long-term development career. For example, historical examples that are suitable for the current development direction such as famous people who have contributed to maintaining peace, independence, autonomy, overcoming difficulties... In all fields, priority will also be given to research on famous people in the fields of politics, culture, economics...

In fact, this is also one of our limitations because for a long time we have talked a lot, studied many examples of fighting the enemy, defending the country but not many famous people doing science and economics. For example, Professor Ta Quang Buu is a great scientist of Vietnam, former Minister of National Defense, former Minister of Universities and Vocational High Schools but we do not have a book that researches him in depth in the bookshelf for the young generation while there are many books about Western and Chinese scientists... It is worth mentioning that when we cannot find books about famous Vietnamese people, many young people think that only foreigners can be talented.

The young generation of Vietnam has a Vietnamese tradition. In recent years, our young generation has expressed their patriotism very movingly. They perform, compose songs, create symbols, spread the image of the country... Those actions have surprised and moved many people of the previous generation. So the problem here is how can we provide the young generation with materials, provide a living environment for the young generation to express and promote their patriotism. Thus, the young generation of Vietnam will certainly be true patriots.

To educate the younger generation, it is necessary to prepare well in terms of content and form. In the context of massive information, it is necessary to select truly useful information. In terms of form, it is possible to take advantage of modern means and digital technology to present the lives and careers of famous people vividly, flexibly, easily absorbed, and more suitable for young people.
