Since the end of September, the North has been experiencing two consecutive large-scale heavy rains due to the influence of storms Bualoi and Matmo. In particular, the influence of storms has caused large-scale heavy rains, causing severe damage to some northern provinces, including a tornado in Ninh Binh province that killed 9 people and caused great property damage.

Promoting the nation's precious tradition of solidarity, with the spirit of "Mutual love and support", "The healthy leaves cover the torn leaves", Ha Nam ward called on each cadre and civil servant to support at least 1 day's salary. Right in the morning of the launch, cadres and civil servants of Ha Nam ward raised more than 32 million VND to support people affected by storms and floods.

Ha Nam Ward continues to call on all people, units, agencies, businesses located in the area and philanthropists to participate in supporting resources to support people in affected areas to overcome the consequences caused by storms and floods. The donation amount will be handed over to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward to receive, synthesize and transfer to people affected by storms and floods through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.
