Particularly, the eastern sea area of ​​the North East Sea will have storms from the afternoon of October 19.

The warning center on the night of October 19 to 20, in the North East Sea (including Hoang Sa special zone), the wind is strong at level 7-8, near the storm center it is strong at level 9-10, gusting at level 13, rough seas, waves 4.0-6.0m high. In the Gulf of Tonkin, the wind is strong at level 6, gusting at level 7-8, rough seas, waves 2.0-3.0m high.

In the next 5 hours, there is a risk of flash floods, landslides, and land subsidence on steep slopes and small streams in Ha Tinh, Hue, Da Nang, and Lam Dong provinces.
