
Three newly announced tourism products include: The tourism product “South Thang Long Heritage Road, Hanoi – Quintessence of Vietnamese Craft Villages” is a journey connecting the communes of Dai Thanh - Hong Van - Ngoc Hoi - Chuyen My, taking visitors to explore century-old craft villages, where the quintessence of labor and folk art has been preserved for many generations. These are Ha Thai village famous for its sophisticated lacquerware; Cuu village charming with Asian - European architecture and suit tailoring; Ngau village famous for its royal chrysanthemum wine; Phuc Am village associated with folk beliefs and traditional crafts. Each destination is a piece of heritage, together forming the picture “Quintessence of Vietnamese Craft Villages”, where the skillful hands and creative souls of Hanoi craftsmen shine.
The second product is the experience of “The Path of Learning”, O Dien commune. The tourism product “The Path of Learning” takes visitors on a journey to learn about the thousand-year tradition of learning, to discover the educational , moral and humane values, the foundation that makes up the character of the elegant, intelligent and kind-hearted Hanoi people. The ancient land of O Dien, Van Hien Temple, where Thai Uy To Hien Thanh and many talented people are worshiped, is a sacred space of learning, a place to honor knowledge and humanity.
The third product is the rural tourism product “Tuong Phieu Flower Colors”, Phuc Tho commune. Visitors can come to Tich Giang village located on the gentle Tich river like a peaceful picture of the Hanoi countryside. On an area of over 100 hectares, fields of chrysanthemums, old roses and hundreds of flowers and ornamental plants are blooming, creating a brilliant scene, reflecting the skillful hands and industrious spirit of the people of the Doai region. Standing out in that space is Tuong Phieu communal house, a special national relic bearing the architectural imprint of the Le dynasty, crystallizing the historical and cultural values of the ancient land. The harmony between nature, heritage and people has formed the tourism product “Tuong Phieu Flower Colors”, a rural destination rich in identity, where visitors can feel the simple, pure and sustainable beauty of a contemporary Hanoi, still full of the soul of the old countryside.
Three products, three journeys, but with the same spirit: Preserving and promoting traditional values, inspiring creativity, connecting craft village heritage with contemporary life. This is the result of the research, cooperation and innovation process between the Hanoi Department of Tourism, the People's Committees of the districts: Phuc Tho, Thanh Tri, Thuong Tin, Phu Xuyen, Dan Phuong (now the communes: Phuc Tho, Dai Thanh, Ngoc Hoi, Hong Van, Chuyen My, O Dien), local communities and travel businesses, contributing to enriching the tourism product system, demonstrating the spirit of innovation in developing tourism products of the Capital.
Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Tourism Tran Trung Hieu said that the ceremony to announce new tourism products in Hanoi in 2025 is not only an opportunity to introduce and announce new tourism products of the capital, formed from the process of creativity and cooperation between the government, businesses and the community, but also an opportunity to honor the cultural values, heritage and people of Hanoi, a place where the quintessence of thousands of years of civilization converges and is a UNESCO Creative City in the field of Design; contributing to promoting innovation, diversification and improving the quality of tourism products in the city, meeting the trend of developing green tourism and smart tourism.
Along with announcing new tourism products, the Hanoi Department of Tourism requested the Hanoi Tourism Association, the Hanoi UNESCO Travel Club, and travel service businesses to promote and promote new tourism products on websites, fanpages, social networks, etc. to spread to people and tourists; organize tourism programs connecting with destinations in the above tourist routes. At the same time, survey and select suitable OCOP locations to combine with tours and tourist routes, introduce them to tourists for shopping, gifts, and souvenirs to encourage and support the consumption of OCOP products in the capital.
Within the framework of the Announcement Ceremony, delegates offered incense to express their respect and gratitude to their ancestors at the Tuong Phieu Communal House National Monument and visited the flower and ornamental plant village of Tich Giang commune; and attended the seminar "Strengthening development linkages - diversifying Hanoi tourism products in 2025".
