Hanoi deploys propaganda work on the Code of Conduct in 2025

The Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports has just issued a plan to implement the propaganda work to implement the Code of Conduct for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in agencies under the City and the Code of Conduct in public places in the area in 2025.

The plan aims to concretize the propaganda task under the direction of the City People's Committee, gradually turning the rules into routines in social life, contributing to building a team of "Disciplined - Responsible - Dedicated - Friendly" Capital officials and forming civilized and elegant behavioral standards of Hanoians.

Accordingly, in the fourth quarter of 2025, the Department of Culture and Sports will organize the printing and distribution of nearly 4,000 propaganda handbooks and more than 9,000 posters on the two sets of Codes of Conduct. The publications will be distributed to administrative agencies, public service units, schools, People's Committees of communes and wards, relics and member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the city. The content is concise, vivid, easy to remember, with an integrated QR code to look up the full version.

In particular, the Department will organize a large-scale propaganda conference at the Hanoi Museum, with the participation of leaders of the City People's Committee, departments, branches, organizations, localities and representatives of schools. The conference will thoroughly understand the meaning and importance of implementing the Code of Conduct; perform skits reflecting real-life situations in the workplace and public places; and at the same time, launch a widespread implementation movement among cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and the people.

Along with that, the Department of Culture and Sports will coordinate with press and media agencies to strengthen propaganda on mainstream press platforms, digital environment and social networks; reflect typical examples, good models, and criticize violations. The Department of Education and Training will also direct educational institutions to integrate the Code of Conduct into extracurricular activities, contributing to building "Friendly Schools - Elegant Students".

Funding for implementing the plan is drawn from the budget allocated to the Department of Culture and Sports in 2025 and other legal sources.

The synchronous implementation of the above activities is expected to spread strongly, contributing to building a civilized and modern public and office cultural environment, while preserving and promoting the fine cultural traditions of Thang Long - Hanoi.
