Hanoi promotes education of youth on cultural lifestyle

Hanoi strives to have 100% of young people and adolescents informed about legal policies by 2030 through online legal applications, social networks, and mass media.

On July 31, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 216/KH-UBND on promoting the dissemination and education of law to raise awareness of law compliance among young people; linking legal education with education on political ideology, ethics, and cultural lifestyle in the 2025-2030 period when implementing the two-level local government model from July 1, 2025.

Accordingly, every year, the city strives to have 100% of young people in schools in the area disseminated legal policies in areas directly related to their lives and studies suitable to their age; 100% of youth union officials in schools are trained and updated with new legal knowledge and legal dissemination and education skills; 80% of young people who violate the law are disseminated and disseminated related legal policies, improving their understanding, limiting re-violation of the law and creating conditions for good integration into the community.

By 2025, 50%, and from 2026, 60% of first-year students of universities and colleges in the city will be informed of legal regulations related to security, order, crime prevention and social evils; strive to reach 80% by 2030.
