Hai Duong shortens the time to handle 142 administrative procedures on production and business.

Of the 142 administrative procedures related to production and business activities of enterprises that will be cut from March 1, 12 procedures are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Construction.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just directed specialized agencies under the People's Committee of the province, the Head of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, and the Chairmen of the District People's Committees to urgently shorten the processing time for 142 administrative procedures related to production and business activities of enterprises.

Develop internal procedures, electronic procedures for handling administrative procedures, ensuring publicity, transparency, completeness, and timeliness of the progress of handling records on the Provincial Administrative Procedures Information System and synchronization and connection with the National Public Service Portal so that businesses and investors can know, learn, implement, monitor, and evaluate the implementation. The effective date is from March 1, 2025.

Continue to review and propose solutions to simplify business conditions, records, and time for handling administrative procedures, restructure the process of implementing administrative procedures to provide online public services (full process, part of the process), ensure shortening the processing time, reduce intermediary steps, decentralization, authorization (if any) to create the most favorable conditions for production and business activities of enterprises and investors. Deadline for completion is before April 30, 2025.

Of the 142 administrative procedures related to the production and business activities of enterprises, 59 administrative procedures are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Planning and Investment, 30 procedures are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, 21 procedures are under the jurisdiction of the Industrial Park Management Board, 12 procedures are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Construction, 9 procedures are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Industry and Trade, 9 procedures are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Transport, and 2 procedures are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

These procedures will be reduced by at least 1 - 10 working days as prescribed from the date of receipt of complete and valid documents.

Since the beginning of the year, the province has received more than 117,000 administrative procedure files. Of which, about 90% of the administrative procedure files were processed on time and before the deadline.
