This meaningful art program will be performed at the lobby stage of the Cultural and Sports Service Center of Binh Thoi Ward - Ho Chi Minh City (6:30 p.m. on October 13) and the outdoor stage of Le Thi Rieng Park (6:30 p.m. on October 14).

In order to celebrate the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, taking place from October 13 to 15, the Ho Chi Minh City Culture and Exhibition Center coordinated with local units to organize a series of large-scale propaganda art programs with the theme "Joining hands to build a two-level local government", creating a vibrant, fresh atmosphere, connecting art and people's lives.

With a duration of about 90 minutes per show, the program vividly combines singing, dancing, music, magic, skits, informative stories and live exchanges.

Each performance is elaborately constructed, aiming for closeness and ease of perception, but still clearly conveying the message about the spirit of innovation, digital transformation and the two-level government model "Simplified - Lean - Strong, Effective, Efficient, Effective".

In particular, the program also organizes experiential activities, guides people to use online public services, and applies digital transformation in daily life, thereby contributing to raising public awareness about building a modern government to serve the people.

The program opened with the art performance "Light of the Way" with independent dance. Light of Faith and a song and dance group. Welcome to the Communist Party of Vietnam - as a word of gratitude, affirming the steadfast belief in the Party.

Next, the part "Proud of Ho Chi Minh City" brings bustling melodies, reflecting the image of a dynamic, creative and pioneering urban area in innovation, through songs such as Heroic City Party Committee (Hoai An) and the skit "Digital Transformation" - Government close to the people - expressing the spirit of dedication and service to the people of the city's officials and civil servants.

In the "Vietnam - Aspiration for a Stronger Vietnam" section, the audience enjoyed a series of performances imbued with the spirit of nationalism and integration such as: A Round of Vietnam (Dong Thien Duc), Hello Vietnam (foreign music - Vietnamese lyrics by Le Tu Minh), Continuing the story of peace and Vietnam - Proudly Stepping Forward to the Future (Nguyen Van Chung).

Interspersed with magic shows are Clever Hands performed by famous magicians, creating a lively and exciting atmosphere.

Singer Duong Quoc Hung made a beautiful impression in the art program welcoming the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress.

Spreading the spirit of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress

After the opening performance at Crossroads Park (in front of Thien Hau Pagoda) on October 5, the program will continue to many locations in three areas of Ho Chi Minh City, aiming to spread the exciting atmosphere towards the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

The performances were successfully staged and full of emotion.

The series of activities will last until October 31, 2025. Through propaganda art, Ho Chi Minh City once again affirms its pioneering role in building urban cultural life, turning performance programs into a bridge between political work and people's consensus.

The melodies, lyrics, skits and animations are not only means of propaganda, but also an invitation for every citizen to join hands in realizing the aspiration of building "a civilized - modern - humane Ho Chi Minh City".
