Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank ( HDBank - HoSE: HDB) has just announced information on the bond issuance results on June 24, 2024.
Accordingly, HDBank has issued bond code HDBL2431003 with a term of 7 years, issue date is June 20, 2024, expected to mature in June 2031.
The issuance market is the domestic market. The bond lot has a total value of 1,000 billion VND. According to information on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), the bond lot has an issuance interest rate of 7.47%/year.
Previously, on June 7, HDBank also issued VND300 billion worth of bonds coded HDBL2431002 with a term of 7 years, the expected maturity date is also 2031.
3 bond lots mobilized by HDBank in 2024.
Since the beginning of the year, HDBank has mobilized a total of 3 bond lots with a total face value of VND 3,300 billion. Of which, the bond lot with the largest face value of VND 2,000 billion, code HDBL2431001, was issued on May 9, 2024 with the same term and maturity year as the above 2 bond lots. The issuance interest rate is 4.8%/year.
On the other hand, at the end of May, HDBank also bought back 2 lots of bonds coded HDBL2225002 with a face value of 1,500 billion VND and HDBL2225003 with a face value of 1,100 billion VND. The 2 lots of bonds were issued at the end of 2022, with a term of 3 years and are expected to mature in 2025. Thus, in the first 6 months of 2024, 2,600 billion VND was spent to buy back bonds before maturity.
On June 26, the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) also informed about the issuance of a batch of bonds coded MBBL2431013 with a face value of 1,000 billion VND, issued on June 20, 2024, with a term of 7 years and expected to mature in 2031. The issuance interest rate is 6.18%/year.
In June, MB issued 3 more bonds with a total value of 5,000 billion VND. Bringing the total number of bonds issued since the beginning of the year to 14 bonds with the amount mobilized from bonds being 8,551 billion VND .
