According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, the People's Council of Dong Nai province (before the administrative unit arrangement) issued 29 resolutions on investment policy decisions and investment policy adjustments for public investment projects of groups A, B, and C in the province in the period 2021-2025.

By June 2025 (before the merger into the new Dong Nai province), in Dong Nai, there were 56 projects approved by the Provincial People's Council for investment in project groups (A, B, C) and 43 projects decided on investment in sectors and fields. In Binh Phuoc, there were 50 projects approved by the Provincial People's Council for investment in project groups (A, B, C) and 6 projects in sectors and fields.

Speaking at the supervision session, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha shared more about issues related to the implementation of public investment projects in the province in recent times.
The provincial leaders have always been determined and implemented solutions to promote the progress of implementation, but have not yet met the requirements. The issues raised by the monitoring delegation will be accepted by the Provincial People's Committee, on that basis, it will direct departments, branches and localities to urge the implementation of each specific project.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha requested that in the coming time, communes and wards assigned with the task of site clearance need to double their efforts to complete the task, minimizing arising problems and obstacles that could lead to slow progress, as has happened in some projects in the past.

Concluding the supervision session, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Van Mi acknowledged the efforts in implementing projects in the province in recent times.
To effectively promote investment capital, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Van Mi requested units to continue to be more proactive in performing tasks, drawing on experiences in implementing previous projects to speed up the progress of subsequent projects.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized that the direction and tasks have been set out by the provincial leaders. The relevant units of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and departments and branches should closely coordinate according to assigned work, review a number of projects, and if they are not really urgent, they can study to transfer resources to more urgent projects.
