Miss Bao Ngoc transformed into a brilliant flower on the catwalk

The trio of beauty queens including Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc, Doan Thien An, and Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy attracted attention when performing a collection inspired by dew drops by designer Le Ngoc Lam within the framework of the Vietnam Beauty Fashion Fest all stars 2024 program (7th VBFF) taking place on the evening of June 23 in Ho Chi Minh City.

In the opening roles, Doan Thien An and Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy wore gorgeous blue dresses. Doan Thien An's outfit was made from layers of mesh and lace, creating a see-through effect, while Thanh Thuy's dress had a busty shape with a long skirt, flattering her slim figure.

Holding the vedette position, Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc appeared in a bright red dress, transforming into a "flower blooming in the morning mist". Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc's outstanding height and eye-catching outfit made many audiences admire.

The dress has a highlight in the puffy skirt, simulating flower petals. The designer used about 400m of mesh fabric for the skirt alone, and attached feathers to the headpiece, enhancing the radiant beauty of Miss Intercontinental 2022.

Also participating in Le Ngoc Lam's collection were many beauties such as Minh Thu, Tuyet Nhu, Trinh Thuy Linh, Dao Thi Hien, Bui Khanh Linh, Tam Nhu, Hong Hanh...

The runners-up wore mermaid dresses, off-the-shoulder dresses, short dresses with long skirts... Many costumes were embellished with hand-beaded lace, tulle and feathers, creating a visual effect for the viewer.

7th VBFF   also brought the collections of 3 designers: Ha Duy, Thuy Nguyen and Le Thanh Hoa. Miss Vietnam 2020 Do Thi Ha took on the opening position of Thuy Nguyen's To Hong collection. She wore a dress inspired by Thai ethnic culture, with the highlight being the striking blue color, ruffled and layered details.

Designer Thuy Nguyen exploited many diverse shapes in the collection. She incorporated painting elements, based on the original color palette of the Pieu scarf including green, red, purple, yellow, pink... making the viewer feel lost in a multi-colored space, creating a satisfying visual effect.

In the closing part, Toni Ann Singh - Miss World 2019 - appeared in a Vietnamese ao dai, performing the song Hello Vietnam . Toni's friendliness and beautiful voice left an impression on a large audience.

In the collection of designer Ha Duy, Miss Y Nhi took on the role of opening and closing the show. This is also the first time the beauty from Binh Dinh participated in the catwalk at a fashion show since being crowned in July 2023.

She was praised for her youthful, fresh spirit in her unique black and white designs. Notably, in the finale, Ý Nhi was the vedette, walking the catwalk with the reigning Mister World Jack Heslewood.

The last collection to be presented at the event was designed by Le Thanh Hoa. "Muse" Luong Thuy Linh opened the collection, wearing a white outfit with an off-shoulder design using chiffon material, creating a delicate and seductive style.

In the new collection, Le Thanh Hoa wants to convey a message about the parallel world, opening up a space with many magical and mysterious things. The designs are elaborate and meticulous in tailoring techniques, which is the strength of the designer born in 1985.

Closing the show was reigning Miss World Krystyna Pyszková. She wore a white, feather-embellished dress with a sexy, tight-fitting shape and an impressive long train.
