Miss Vietnam Ha Truc Linh becomes ambassador of 'Quintessence of Vietnam' award

With a youthful face, intelligence and courage, Miss Vietnam 2024 Ha Truc Linh was invited to be the ambassador of the 2025 'Quintessence of Vietnam' award of Dai Doan Ket Newspaper.

On the afternoon of October 4 in Ho Chi Minh City, Dai Doan Ket Newspaper and   ZOA Media and Creativity Company Limited held a press conference to announce the 2025 Vietnam Essence Award, a title for outstanding, exemplary individuals, groups, works or initiatives with profound influence in the field of culture and arts.

Vietnamese Essence aims to establish a system of standards for artistic values ​​bearing Vietnamese identity.

According to Dr. Nguyen Dang Khang - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Dai Doan Ket Newspaper: "The Tinh Hoa Viet Award is a national award organized annually by Dai Doan Ket Newspaper - the Central agency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and ZOA Company, aiming to build a strategic award system in recognizing and spreading the unique cultural and artistic values ​​of the Vietnamese people. While other awards are biased towards individuals and organizations, we recognize larger-scale works."

"The award applies a modern voting mechanism combining the professional evaluation of the Jury with online public participation, ensuring democracy, transparency and suitability for the digital age. The award aims to establish a standard system of artistic values ​​bearing Vietnamese identity, while honoring typical Vietnamese elites - individuals, works and creations that are both rich in traditional depth and modern," emphasized Dr. Nguyen Dang Khang.

Joining the contest with Miss Vietnam 2024 Ha Truc Linh as ambassador of the Tinh Hoa Viet award are many other names such as: Dr. Le Kien Thanh, photographer Gian Thanh Son, poet Nguyen Phong Viet, Miss Phuong Linh, actress Midu, writer Cao Viet Quynh.

The jury includes: poet Hong Thanh Quang, People's Artist Vuong Duy Bien, People's Artist Tran Ly Ly, painter Vi Kien Thanh, journalist Nguyen Dang Khang, Meritorious Artist - director Bui Tuan Dung, film critic Le Hong Lam, writer Nguyen Quynh Trang, musicians: Huy Tuan, Nguyen Hai Phong.

Products and projects eligible for the Tinh Hoa Viet Award must be launched between November 15, 2024 and November 15, 2025, including: Category A - Tinh Hoa Music : Song of the Year Award; Album of the Year Award; Musician of the Year Award; Music Producer of the Year Award; Singer of the Year Award; MV of the Year Award (Music Video); Performance Program of the Year Award. Category B - Tinh Hoa Multi-Field Arts: Tinh Hoa Literature Award, Tinh Hoa Fine Arts Award, Tinh Hoa Cinema Award, Tinh Hoa Stage Award, Cultural and Artistic Heritage Preservation Award, Tinh Hoa Creativity Award, Spreading Vietnamese Culture Award. Category C - Special Award with Tinh Hoa Dedication Award category.

The Literature Essence Award will be given to poetry collections, epic poems, short stories, novellas, novels, essays, memoirs, literary scripts that have been published and distributed, have been introduced to the public, have literary value, artistic creativity, unique language, express humanistic thoughts, positively reflect the human spirit, and pride in Vietnamese national culture. The Theatre Essence Award is given to plays in the following genres: tuong (hat boi), cheo, cai luong, general drama genres, water puppetry, stage puppetry, folk opera, ca canh, circus, dance, as well as experimental theater forms, theater combining multimedia and modern technology.

From October 15 to November 15, the organizing committee will receive nominations from organizations and individuals in the field of culture and arts through the website: tinhhoavietawards.vn and the TikTok - Tinh Hoa Viet Awards platform.
